TERMS & CONDITIONS (UKUSED)

1. Agreement

By using our website or purchasing from UKUSED LTD, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Condition

All devices are:

  • UK-used
  • Fully tested
  • Graded (A / B / C where applicable)

We do NOT sell brand-new devices unless explicitly stated.

3. Payment Structure

By placing an order, you agree to:

  1. Pay a non-refundable commitment fee (10%)
  2. Complete payment after verification
  3. Pay final balance on pickup

Failure to complete payment within:

⏱️ 48 hours of arrival

👉 May result in order cancellation without refund

4. Availability

Orders are subject to final availability confirmation.
UKUSED reserves the right to cancel orders if a device becomes unavailable.

5. Verification Agreement

By proceeding after verification, you confirm that:

  • You have seen and accepted the device condition
  • You agree the device matches your expectations
  • You accept delivery based on the verified device
6. Shipping
  • Delivery timeframe: 5–12 working days (or stated otherwise)
  • Shipping is fully tracked
  • Delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control
7. Delivery & Collection
  • Devices must be collected within 48 hours of arrival
  • Buyer must provide a valid phone number
  • Buyer may assign an authorised receiver
8. Risk Transfer

Responsibility transfers to the buyer when:

✔ Device is delivered
✔ OR collected by buyer/authorised receiver

9. Returns & Refunds

All returns are subject to our Refund Policy.
Failure to follow required procedures voids eligibility.

10. Fraud Prevention

UKUSED uses:

  • Video verification
  • Tamper-proof seals
  • QR tracking
  • Recorded unboxing

👉 Any attempt at fraud will result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Blacklisting
  • Possible legal action
11. Limitation of Liability

UKUSED is not liable for:

  • Misuse of device after delivery
  • Third-party damage
  • Software issues caused by user
  • Courier delays
12. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time.
Latest version will always be on our website.
