REFUND POLICY (UKUSED)

1. Overview
At UKUSED, all devices are:
✔ Fully tested
✔ Verified on video
✔ Sold as Grade A UK-used devices
Because of this, refunds are strictly controlled to prevent fraud and ensure fairness.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Requirement (CRITICAL)
To qualify for any refund:
👉 You MUST complete a LIVE WhatsApp video unboxing
The video must show:
- Sealed package
- Tamper-proof seal intact
- Full unboxing process
- Device condition immediately after opening
- First power-on
❌ No unboxing video = NO refund
3. Security Seal Policy
All packages are shipped with tamper-proof seals.
❌ If the seal is broken or removed → item is NON-returnable
4. Refund Eligibility
A refund is ONLY approved if:
- Device is not as described
- Issue is clearly visible in unboxing video
- Seal is intact before opening
- Device has NOT been used, altered, or reset
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- Seal is broken
- Device shows signs of use after delivery
- Customer changes their mind
- Issue is caused by customer damage
- Evidence is incomplete or unclear
6. Delivery Confirmation
Once tracking shows Delivered and confirmed by:
- Buyer OR
- Authorised receiver
👉 The order is considered completed
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within:
🕒 3–7 working days
8. Warranty
If provided, warranty covers:
✔ Hardware faults only
Does NOT cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Software issues
- Battery wear over time
